A short path from customer information to a decision you can act on.

Step 1

Choose a question

Start with “Who needs a follow-up?” or “What information are we missing?” Export a customer list as CSV.

Step 2

Review the findings

Map the columns in the opportunity check. Read each reason and download the action list. Counts refer to rows, including possible duplicates.

Step 3

Keep the context

Create a local workspace with up to 250 customers. Add observations with their source and date, then save audiences and plans.

Using your Free workspace

How does information become an insight?

Customer profiles hold basic details. Observations record interests, renewal dates, relationship health, notes and preferences. Insights calculate five supported views: renewals, expansion signals, concerns, themes and data quality. They are not unrestricted AI answers or predictions.

How do I act on a finding?

Open Insights, review the customer evidence and create a plan from the finding. Give it an owner, due date, goal and success measure. The plan stores a customer snapshot so you can record an outcome against the intended group.

How are duplicate candidates handled?

The check flags a repeated email or an exact customer-name/company pair after trimming and ignoring case. It does not prove two rows represent the same customer. Review your original CSV before creating a workspace: the check keeps the first candidate row and excludes later candidates from the workspace import.

Where is my data saved?

Free workspace data is stored in this browser profile on this device. It is not encrypted by Relasight or synced to a server. Use a trusted device, download workspace backups from Settings and store them securely. Clearing browser data, using private browsing or moving devices can lose the workspace.

Can I restore or delete my workspace?

In Free workspace Settings, export a JSON backup, restore a previous backup or delete the local workspace. Restore replaces the current local workspace after confirmation. Deleting local data does not delete files you previously downloaded.

What if two observations disagree?

Different values for the same structured attribute on the same effective day are flagged for review. Record newer confirmed evidence or retract incorrect evidence. “Verified” means your contributor checked it; Relasight does not independently verify it.

Can I use the data hub without importing customers?

Yes. Currency and company lookups work independently. Query only information you are comfortable sending to the named provider, and review candidates before using them.

What do I do when an external service is unavailable?

Retry the lookup later or use the provider documentation linked in the data hub. A provider outage does not prevent local CSV checks or workspace editing.
