² A source is one connected system or warehouse feed. An update is an accepted customer or observation record from that source. Monthly quotas, automatic synchronisation and team seat management are being built. Custom connector development and onboarding are quoted separately.

What does yearly pricing mean?
Bronze is €90 paid upfront for a year (€7.50/month equivalent). Silver is €290 paid upfront (€24.17/month equivalent, rounded). Compared with 12 monthly payments, you save €18 or €58. No annual payment is available until paid launch.
What is the difference between Bronze and Silver?
Bronze is designed for a small team’s weekly action brief: who needs attention, why, and who should follow up. Silver is designed for regular monitoring across multiple systems, with scheduled reports and configurable alerts. These automated workflows are still being built.
Is Free a trial?
No expiry, no card and no charge per insight. Keep 250 customers, 2,000 observations, 50 audiences and 50 plans locally, explore all public datasets and save 25 market reports in your signed-in workspace. Export your data at any time.
Can I bring my own AI?
Core insights use defined calculations without an AI subscription. The POC connection layer supports REST/MCP integrations. A supported provider API account and its usage charges are separate; a consumer AI subscription does not automatically include API access. We do not bundle unlimited AI usage.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Today the Free workspace blocks additions beyond its limits and keeps existing data and exports available. There are no automatic charges. Paid quota management, downgrade handling and billing controls must pass testing before subscriptions open.
Can Silver run on-prem?
On-prem and private deployments are Gold options. Installation, infrastructure, updates and support need an agreed scope and a separate quote. There is no production self-hosted installer available today.
