Customer lists and local workspaces

The opportunity check processes the CSV you select in your browser’s memory. It does not upload the file to Relasight, an AI service or a data provider. Creating a Free workspace saves selected customer records and observations in local browser storage. Browser data is not encrypted by Relasight. People who can access your browser profile may be able to read it.

Local storage and deletion

The Free workspace uses local storage to remember your data between visits. A temporary transfer is used when you create a workspace from a check. Use Settings to export a backup or delete the workspace. Closing the check clears its in-memory report. Downloaded CSV and JSON files remain on your device until you remove them. No marketing or advertising tracking is included in these tools.

External requests

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. The hosting provider receives normal web requests, including network and technical information, under its privacy statement. An explicit currency lookup sends the selected currency pair to Frankfurter. An explicit company search sends the entered company name to GLEIF. Those services receive your network request; their own policies apply. Your customer list is not sent with either lookup.

Market Explorer

The explorer loads dated public-data snapshots. Choosing Refresh sends the selected public countries, dates and dataset identifiers to World Bank, Eurostat, Statistics Iceland or Frankfurter. These requests do not include your customer records. Each provider receives normal network information. Signed-in users can store report names, dataset choices and filters with their company workspace in Supabase. Workspace members can read these reports; owners can save them. Reports store definitions, not a private copy of the upstream datasets.

Accounts and hosted pilot

The separate pilot uses Supabase for authentication and shared workspace storage. Signing in may store a session in this browser. Pilot records are distinct from the Free local workspace. Contact us about access, export or deletion of hosted pilot data. Do not assume a production data-processing agreement or service-level commitment exists merely because the pilot is accessible.

If you email us, your email address and message are used to answer your enquiry. Ask the contact above about access, correction or deletion of that correspondence. Avoid sending sensitive customer data in an initial enquiry.
